YOUR NOTARY
Me Varuna Punchoo.
Notary in Port Louis since 2015.
Me Varuna Punchoo was sworn in as a notary on 6 February 2015. A law graduate of the University of Mauritius, she trained in international notarial practice with the Centre Notarial de Droit Européen.
Committed to her profession, she served as Treasurer and member of the Chamber of Notaries of Mauritius in 2022–2023. She also passes on her knowledge as a part-time lecturer.
For more than ten years she has guided individuals, families, businesses, developers and foreign clients through property purchases, successions, marriage contracts and investment projects in Mauritius.
Convinced that a notary should explain the law as much as apply it, she is a regular voice on Mauritian radio and in the press, from Radio Plus to Top FM and L'Express Property.
